17 TRICKS ABOUT SKIN CARE YOU WISH YOU KNEW BEFORE

Skin care is important to make your skin look younger and maintain that glow. A proper skin care helps to prevent problems like age spots and wrinkles.

Here are 17 tricks about skin care you wish you knew before.

Moisturize your skin

It’s important that you moisturize your skin on a daily basis to hydrate your skin. Daily moisturizing also helps to make your skin smooth and prevents dullness and dryness.

Apply a sunscreen

Use of sunscreen is necessary if you are going out in the sun. A hydrating sunscreen will help to protect your skin from external sun damage and that is important for your skin care.

Use suitable products

Use products that are meant for your skin type. Choose products that naturally suit your skin. Using other products can damage your skin and cause breakouts on your skin.

Sleep for set hours

It’s important that you sleep for set hours to hydrate your skin. Sleep deprivation can lead to uneven breakouts on your skin and cause dull skin texture.

Use DIY masks

Natural DIY masks help to replenish your skin. Use these masks on your skin at least twice a week to get that natural glow. Choose the masks according to your skin type.

Use eye serums

The skin around your eyes is sensitive and most prone to fine lines and wrinkles. Use eye serums to hydrate the skin under and around your eyes. This will make the skin firm and soft.

Have vitamin A, C, and E

Include natural vitamins such as A, C, and E in your daily diet plan. These vitamins are great for anti-aging skin care. Dermology anti aging cream can also prevent wrinkles and protect your skin from signs of aging.

Exercise daily

Fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise is enough to provide oxygen to your skin. You can simply walk for fifteen to twenty minutes or practice yoga poses.

Drink lots of liquids

Drink water and liquids to keep your skin naturally hydrated. Water not only provides nutrients to your skin but it also helps to maintain the normal Ph balance of your skin.

Use less makeup

Using excess makeup can clog the pores of your skin and cause breakouts. Use natural makeup products and stick to minimal makeup.

Use body lotion and body scrubs

Your body skin is as important as your facial skin. Use body lotions to hydrate the skin. Body scrubs are good to remove the dead skin cells from your skin.

Massage your face

Regular facial massage not only helps to increase the blood circulation but also helps to prevent wrinkles on your skin. Massage your face with beauty oils to make your skin glow.

Lip care

Take care of your lips as you care for your skin. Always apply hydrating balms to soothe the skin of your lips. You can also apply natural lip balms to keep your lips soft and moist.

Steam your face

Steam your face to clear the pores of your skin. Steaming your face helps to remove all the dirt and impurities from the pores of your skin.

Have a good diet

Have a diet full of nutrients and minerals good for your skin. A balanced diet is important to keep your skin fresh and clear.

Stay away from the stress

Stay stress-free if you want to maintain a natural glow on your skin. Stress causes wrinkles on your skin.

Stay happy

The more you stay happy, the more you can make your skin look younger and brighter. Love your skin and keep smiling.

  1. Wonderful advice. I love to moisturise and massage my face, and I always use lip balms to keep them fresh and moist.
