If you are up for losing weight and not losing it quickly, relax, take a deep breath, and continue. Delayed results never mean failure, remember that. Losing weight has always been different for all of us. Few people lose their weight in days while for some people it takes months or even more. When people do not see instant results, they start asking questions like what is that they are doing wrong. But to understand that every person’s metabolism is different is the key here and the age factor is also there to be kept in mind.

But in some cases, people actually do wrong things while thinking they are on the right track. Here are few tips for everyone who are struggling with weight loss and want quick results. And I have personal experience on these.


Start up your day with a healthy breakfast that makes you feel full for the longest time. Oatmeal is considered to be the best breakfast for any of us however changing the menu once in a while is always good. Protein intake early morning has also proven to be highly effective. 


You may be thinking that I have lost my mind, what is the relation between slow eating, small bites and weight loss. But there is, our brain takes up to 20 minutes to realize that we are full, so eating a small portioned meal in small bites takes several minutes for our brain to realize that we need no food anymore.

You may also feel bloated due to quick eating habits. Make slow eating your practice, and you will see wonders happening. 


I am crazy about my fitness and health. Last summer when I started to put on some weight, I was going in an awful place mentally, then an Asian friend of mine introduced me to this tea. And within ten days the extra mass on me was shredded, but of course, it works differently for everyone.

This tea just has four ingredients

  • Lemon zest
  • Ginger
  • Water
  • Green tea leaves (open, not those tea bags)

What you have to do is take two cups of water, put a teaspoon of lemon zest and a teaspoon of crushed ginger in it, put that water on the flame and wait for it to reduce it to one cup. When only one cup water is remaining, add green tea leaves and close the flame that very instant. Drink it thrice a day after every meal. To sweeten it up add honey but this is optional.


Yes, drink it, but with lesser sugar. We all know that coffee has the highest portion of caffeine in it and caffeine helps in increasing our metabolism. The higher the metabolism, the better it is. 


We all love sweets; life seems to be incomplete without sugar. But you have to cut it out if you really want to fit in that strapless dress you always loved. Try to take natural sweetener like honey or satisfy your cravings through sweet fruits instead of chocolates.

  1. SLEEP

Studies have proven that people who take less than 8 hours of sleep actually gain weight. So sleep stress-free and for at least 8 hours.

Isn`t these tips simple and amazing, you just need to stick to it to see the results.
