Solution:
Choose a good-quality shampoo for hair wash. Take only a teaspoon of shampoo to wash your hair maximum 2-3 times in a week. This will keep your hair free from dirt and make them glow.

These days, people want to complete all tasks easily and quickly. So, after washing their hair, they don’t have the patience to let them dry naturally. They use dryers. Just think of your hair as a fine tissue. It becomes thinner and worse each time you use dryers to dry it artificially.
Solution:
Your hair will be much healthier if you restrict the use of a hairdryer. If it is not possible for you, have a little patience and dry it with cool air. Never use a hair dryer to dry the absolutely wet hair.
Frequent Hair Dyeing:
Some individuals, both male, and females are hypersensitive about their look and they are ready to do all possible things to make their hairs look shiny and black. So, they use sparing chemical paints and artificial colors for dyeing. Frequent coloring harm hairs badly and increase the intensity of hair loss problem up to a great extent.

You should wait 4 to 6 weeks for next dyeing. Even if you need more frequent staining, avoid the products that promote fading. Rinsing hair with cool water at the end was a tip I picked up a little while ago, though admittedly sometimes I forget!
