Most of the women commit a common mistake of replacing a meal with the dietary supplements post pregnancy. A few of them even start skipping meals which subsequently has a bad impact on their body. Instead of skipping meals as a whole it is better to start eating smart. It becomes really important that a woman post pregnancy maintains her diet so that her body is able to produce enough milk. The diet plan should be such that the body gets all the needed micronutrients that will result in a proper postnatal development.

Giving birth to a baby can be quite stressful for a woman. Having said this, there is nothing worse that will have a negative impact on a woman’s body. The body releases hormones which are the reason behind weight retention, fatigue, and irritability.

A few of the breathing exercises like ‘Anulom Vilom’ have a direct impact over the abdomen. Just ensure that while exercising you will maintain a straight posture in order to get positive results.

Yes having a schedule in your daily life is important but it should not be such that it becomes monotonous.
