Depending up on the sweetness requirement gulkand can be added; along this few quantity of tutti frutti can be added. Diabetic patients should avoid using these two ingredients since sugar value is high in it.
Sugar goodness in mouth freshener can be attained by adding sugar cubes, gulkand or rose petal jam and tutti frutti.
Take a kadai, add two cups of fennel seeds and dry roast the fennel seeds in it for five minutes on a low flame and then keep that aside. Fennel seeds have the tendency to give sweetness by nature itself, but for the extra sweetness you can also add sugar cubes to it and mix well and keep aside.
you can dry roast the sesame seeds, coconut shred in a skillet and then add it to the fennel seeds mixture and stir well, good aroma of all the ingredients comes with the sweetness of sugar cubes. Now you can store this mixture in an airtight container.
The other way of preparing mouth freshener is to take a dry ginger powder, fennel seeds, cardamom, melon seeds, flax seeds, clove and white sesame seeds in a kadai. Now just dry roast all ingredients and then blend it well. This mouth freshener is really amazing and you will really love the fragrance and aroma from the spice and the crunchiness from the seeds.
