SIMPLE BRIDAL DIET FOR YOUR WEDDING OCCASION

The Bride is the one special person in a wedding occasion, everyone’s eye falls on the bride that how she looks, and how she dressed up. She should be a charm in look with everyone’s eye attraction on her. The brides do facial, pedicure, manicure and try to maintain a slim physique to remain fit. Giving importance to the skin care is essential but to get a glowing, healthier and radiant skin on the wedding day you must follow the special bridal diet to bring that gorgeous glow.

The diet which is to be followed by the bride is mentioned below, so do it accordingly by following the principles correctly to meet your bridal beauty.

Water

Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Hydration is essential not only concentrate on drinking plain water but also try to incorporate water content rich vegetables and fruits like bottle gourd, pumpkin, cucumber, watermelon, muskmelon etc. Thereby preventing your body from dehydration.

Limit the Caffeine Intake

Avoid or limit the caffeinated drinks in your diet so that your body will not lose the water content and your skin will remain radiant and glowing.

Omega-3 Rich Foods

Try to include omega-3 rich foods in your diet. Include salmon fish and flaxseeds in your diet, you can have flaxseeds by chewing it directly or in the chutneys and in your favorite smoothies.

Salt and Sugar

These two ingredients need to be reduced from your diet. Tiredness on the face is due to this ingredient, try to limit or stay away from salt and sugar. It will prevent inflammation and irritation on your skin.

Vitamin rich Foods

Choose a diet with Beta-carotene rich foods prefer to have yellow and orange colored vegetables. Include Green leafy vegetables, watermelon, carrot, beetroot, nuts, avocado and bell pepper in your diet. They are rich in vitamin A and vitamin E and highly recommended to keep your skin healthier and radiant in glow by all natural means.

Avoid Alcohol

Say no to alcohol, including alcohol in your diet is not going to render you any benefit, they just cause weight gain, provide tiredness and a dull look to your skin, so try to avoid alcohol completely.

Include these foods more often

Have plenty of garlic in your diet; also include broccoli, pineapple, turmeric, beetroot, legumes and Aloe Vera in your diet. These foods play a vital role in skin health and providing a natural healthy glow to your skin.
