  1. Chetna, I made spaghetti with meatballs for tonight’s dinner (which, by the way, was delicious). I was marvelling at the fact that salt wasn’t needed. A little mushroom, tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, garam masala plus a little apple cider vinegar and voila; delish! A sprinkle of parmesan cheese was all the salt needed… It is an acquired taste not to add salt to our meals, but, as you so rightly say, it is very healthful to spare it…
