  1. I’m a acne prone for almost 10 year now. I’ve been in so many different dermatologist and some recommended the Accutane but I rejected . I’m too scary for the side effects. When I take birth control pills my skin gets so nicer and smooth but I get bloated, depressed and my migraines gets worse. I learned to live with acne. It’s sad but I’m tired to spend money with laser treatments, products and just see results that last like a eye blink.

  2. Dear jelly, it is true that accutane has lots of side effects BT it is not necessary that everyone experience it. 1 out of 1000 people experience serious problems,
keep consulting the dermatologist and tell everything clearly in case u see any minor changes also. Dermatologist will suggest u about stopping it or to continue.

I am on accutane from last 6 months. And I have not experience any problem with it. Initially I felt mood swings and chopped lips BT apart from this I have not experience any problem. I have discussed with my dermatologist and neurologist both about accutane and thay said that if I experience any serious problem, thay will stop the dosage. then I started taking it. Now I am acne free☺

  3. I used to have acne pretty bad when I was younger, and it would always be worse when it was that time of the month. Now I am past that and I no longer get them. I used to use all the over the counter cremes and none of them really worked.

  4. Hi Chetna, my doctor wanted for me to take birth control pills and the Accutane because here in US by the law u need to take the birth control pills or use other contraceptive. But after u telling me that u are taking I’m motivated to talk with my doctor again. My friends for their lips chapped really bad while taking. I will let you know what I decide thank u for ur attention.
