HEALTH TIP#3 (OIL PULLING)

Health Care

health-tip-3

Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique that involves swishing a tablespoon of oil  (I use coconut oil, but olive oil or sesame oil is also fine) in your mouth on an empty stomach for 5 to 20 minutes.

This action supposedly draws out toxins in your body, primarily to improve oral health but also to improve your overall health.

Benefits of oil pulling

  • Whitens teeth
  • Increases immunity
  • Detoxes the body
  • Aids hormonal changes
  • Reduces headache
  • Keeps the skin clear
  • Promotes oral hygiene

HOME REMEDIES FOR DRY AND FRIZZY HAIR

Hair becomes frizzy when the cuticle layer of hair is raised, allow the moisture to pass and swell the strands and your hair becomes dry and frizzy instead of smooth and defined.

The main reason behind dehydration of hair can be not drinking enough water, medication, wrong product choice, using hot water to wash your hair, sleeping on cotton/ rough pillow case etc. simply frizzy hair is craving for moisture.
