  1. Green tea has some caffeine, and if you are sensitive to caffeine I’m not sure if this will make it hard to fall asleep?

  2. Two cup in a day is ideal. So after dinner 1 cup is absolutely fine. And yes you are right excess green tea can cause insomnia .
