FIND FITNESS IN EVERY ACTIVITY
- Prefer stairs instead of lifts in your office.
- Try to walk after meal; it will help with the digestion and exercise.
- If possible you can even schedule walking meetings.
- Walk around terminals while waiting for your public transport.
- Avoid fast food; try to find healthier food option.
- Try reading or watching TV while you walk on treadmills or use a stationary cycle.
- Even our pets are becoming fat; take your dog out for walk to help both of you.
