FIND FITNESS IN EVERY ACTIVITY

 

  • Prefer stairs instead of lifts in your office.
  • Try to walk after meal; it will help with the digestion and exercise.

  • If possible you can even schedule walking meetings.
  • Walk around terminals while waiting for your public transport.
  • Avoid fast food; try to find healthier food option.
  • Try reading or watching TV while you walk on treadmills or use a stationary cycle.
  • Even our pets are becoming fat; take your dog out for walk to help both of you.
