Acne is most common problem faced by people. Here’s a list of  foods that are really helpful in controlling Acne.

  • BROWN RICE- Brown rice contains a high amount of Vitamin B, Magnesium, Protein and several Antioxidants.
  • SWEET POTATOES– It contains Vitamin A &C, Manganese,Magnesium etc. These potatoes reduce oil from skin and unclog pores.
  • BROCCOLI– It is a rich source of Vitamins like A, B, C, E & K. These Vitamins will help to fight skin damage and increase skin glow.
  • GREEN TEA– It is a rich source of Antioxidants. It improves all the cause of acne like; Inflammation, Insulin and Hormones.
