Wash your face twice daily

By following a proper diet plan you can give your body all the essential nutrients, protein, vitamins, essential fats, carbohydrates etc that is essential to maintain a healthy body.

Hydrate your skin

It is important to maintain a healthy moisture of your skin to enjoy the ageless beauty. You can do this by applying a good quality moisturizer on your skin daily.Dry skin beauties should invest in cream base moisturizer, combination skin beauties should try lotions and oily skin beauties should always use a gel bases moisturize. Along with applying moisturizer you also need to drink plenty of water daily, which will help to keep your body and skin well hydrated from within.

Exfoliate regularly

Exfoliation involves the removal of the oldest dead skin cells on the skin’s outermost surface. Skin exfoliation can be done at home by using sugar, or rice flour. Also remember your skin doesn’t stop in your face, exfoliate your whole body for the youthful skin.

Always use quality products

We all use the different type of skin care and makeup products. Not all type product is good for your skin.we should choose products according to our skin type. Look for the products that are free from harsh chemicals,non-comedogenic and non-allergic.Invest in some herbal beauty products that usually made of herbal ingredients and free from the harsh chemical.

Be a sun-savvy

Direct exposure to the sun is not good for your skin health.so you need to protect yourself from the harsh UV rays.You can protect yourself from sun rays by applying sunscreen of SPF minimum 15. You must apply sunscreen throughout the year, whether it is summer or winter. You should choose the sunscreen according to your skin type.

Stop smoking

If you are a smoker you should stop it now. Smoking speeds up premature aging. Especially around your mouth. Also, smoking is the prime reason behind various health problems including throat or lung cancer.

Stay away from stress

This is because stress causes your body to produce cortisol and other hormones, which tells your sebaceous glands to produce more oil. Oily skin is more prone to acne and other skin problems. This is why you need to manage stress in your life. You can reduce stress in your life by trying to relax by reading a book or listening to soft music, doing yoga, practicing meditation and doing regular physical exercise.

Invest in happiness
