Have heard a lot about benefits of turmeric milk, but have had only once. though not really great on taste but took it more like a med!

I am happy to have found this. but how many spoons of turmeric do we put in a glass of milk. how many times a day should we drink it. Now Coming to your question, you can add 1 teaspoon turmeric in a glass of lukewarm milk. You can also add some sugar for taste. And the best time to take this drink is at night before going to bed.🙂

I have heard that garam masala with water is good for your health also, maybe there is tumeric in that mixture. I think this post could be improved by instructions on how to make tumeric milk, the amount to mix, does it mix with skim milk well? is it better if the milk is heated? whoops, I may have spoken too soon as I see you replied to a comment with the information, I suggest you edit the post to include the information though as I like your post.
