Here are some tips to lose weight even faster:

  • Eat protein, fat, and vegetables– assemble each meal out of a protein source, a fat source, and low carbs vegetable. This will put you into the 20-50 gram carbs range and drastically lower your insulin levels.

  • Cut back on sugar and starches- removing sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will lower your insulin levels, kill your appetite and make you lose weight without hunger.
  • Drink water a half hour before the meal-One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months.
  • Eat soluble fiber– Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements can also help.
  • Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods– Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating.
  • Eat your food slowly-Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slowly makes you feel more full and boosts weight-reducing hormones.
  • Use smaller plates-Studies show that people automatically eat less when they use smaller plates. Strange, but it works.
  • Watch your fluids– drink green tea daily. Researchers believe the difference is caused by metabolism-enhancing antioxidants known as catechins, which are found in green tea.Avoid calories in the glass,So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine.
  • Drink up-You’ve heard it before, and you’ll hear it again. That’s because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat.
  • Stand up straight-Keeping your spine rigid and your shoulders back while sucking in your belly toward your spine gives you a slimmer, more streamlined middle.
  • Pop anti-gas pillsTake one of these chew-able tablets, sold over-the-counter at drugstores, to relieve bloating in your abdomen and break up gas bubbles in your digestive track, leaving you with a flatter tummy.
  • Floss for dessert-Brushing my teeth after dinner makes me less likely to eat again before I go to bed.
